摘要
为了研究钝感复合装药结构的爆轰能量输出规律,利用通用有限元程序ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行了一系列的圆筒试验模拟.模拟结果表明,外层采用钝感炸药,内层采用高能炸药的装药结构既可降低炸药感度,又能得到比单一钝感炸药高的能量输出.分析得到了药柱尺寸结构与比动能的对应关系.通过分析装药结构的尺寸效应,提出并拟合了相关的经验公式,为实际装药的能量预测提供了参考.
To study the detonation energy output rule of composite charge structure with different explosives,ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the process of cylinder tests.If the insensitive explosive and high explosive are used as outer layer and inner layer respectively,the sensitivity of the charge can reduced,and the higher energy output can be gained.The corresponding relationship between the charge structure and the ratio dynamic energy was obtained.The dimension effect on the charge structure was discussed,and the empirical formula was proposed and fitted.The study offers reference for the energy prediction of actual charge.
