摘要
为研究某自动武器弹性抛壳机构的工作可靠性,通过建立其虚拟样机模型,借助于多体动力学分析软件ADAMS,对抛壳过程进行了动力学仿真分析,得到了不同抛壳挺簧力、不同自动机后坐速度对弹壳运动状况的影响规律,对结果进行了比较分析,选出了最佳方案,为该机构的结构设计提供了理论依据.结果表明,在满足武器功能的前提下,适当减小自动机的后坐速度,增加抛壳挺簧力,可以有效提高弹性抛壳机构的工作可靠性.
To study the operation reliability of elastic ejection mechanism of some automatic weapon,the elastic ejection process was simulated and analyzed by establishing its virtual prototype and with the help of multi-body dynamics analysis software ADAMS.The influence regularities of different ejector spring forces and different automat recoil velocities upon the cartridge case motion were thereby obtained.By comparing and analyzing the results,the best scheme was selected which provided the theoretical base for its structural design.The results indicate that on the premise of satisfying the weapon functions,it can improve the operation reliability of elastic ejection mechanism effectively to decrease the automat recoil velocity and increase the ejector spring force reasonably.
