Test and Analysis on Motion Characteristics of Muzzle Under the Conditions of Automatic Fire

摘要 为研究连发射击枪口运动特性,采用压电陀螺和加速度计组成的测试系统,测量了被动态(3发射击)和主动态(8发射击)2种状态的枪口运动特性.引入稳定因子μ,采用稳定化的数值积分算法,对角速度信号进行修正,并对修正前后的角速度、角位移进行了比较.获得了连发射击状态下枪口运动特性,反映了射手的控枪过程.为人-枪运动特性分析和有控枪架的设计提供了实验手段. To study motion characteristics of muzzle during the process of automatic fire,by using the test system composed of piezoelectricity peg-top and accelerometer,the motion characteristics of muzzle with two states,i.e.passive form(3 fires) and active form(8 fires) was tested.Signals were corrected by value integral algorithm,and the angle rate and angle displacement after correction were compared with those before correction.The motion characteristics of the muzzle was obtained under the conditions of automatic fire.The controlling process of the shooters was reflected.The study offers experimental means for analysis of motion characteristics of man-gun and design of controlling gun stack.
