摘要
为研究电磁发射系统中脉冲功率源模块屏蔽机箱内部磁场的分布,应用霍尔效应法对屏蔽机箱内部的磁场进行测试,测试得到屏蔽机箱内部7个点的三维磁场数据,通过分析处理数据得到屏蔽单元内部磁场分布规律:屏蔽机箱内部产生的磁场信号主要集中在X方向;对屏蔽机箱中各个点磁场进行比较,每个点Y方向的磁场比其对应的X和Z方向磁场大;在续流硅堆导通后,各个方向的磁场值都很快减小,Z轴磁场方向将改变.
To study the magnetic distribution of pulse power supply module applied in electromagnetic launch,the magnetic field of seven points inside shielding chassis was measured by Hall effect.The three-dimensional characteristic data of magnetic field were obtained,and the distribution law of magnetic field inside shielding unit was gotten by analyzing the test data.The magnetic signal produced inside shielding chassis mainly centralizes along X-axis.The data of magnetic field of every point was compared.The magnetic field along Y-axis is stronger than that along the other two axes;the magnetic field in every direction weakens quickly after the high-power semiconductor worked,and the direction of magnetic field along Z-axis will change.
