摘要
通过不同药物处理,测定枣疯枝中可溶性蛋白质含量、过氧化物酶和苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性的变化规律。结果表明:吲哚乙酸可促进过氧化物酶活性增强,吲哚乙酸浓度与过氧化物酶活性呈显著正相关。适宜浓度的土霉素和吲哚乙酸可以大大增强与抗枣疯病密切相关的过氧化物酶和苯丙氨酸解氨酶的酶活性。枣疯枝中可溶性蛋白质含量降低,过氧化物酶和苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性提高。该两种酶可作为抗枣疯病品种选择的重要指标。
In this paper,the changes of the content of soluble protein,the activiies of peroxidase and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase in jujube branches with witches broom,which had been treated with different medicines in advance,were investigated in detail.Based on the studies mentioned above,the results were as follows: the indoleacetic acid significantly enhanced and its concentration showed an obvious positive correlation to the activity of peroxidase.And,the oxytetracycline and indoleacetic acid at suitable concentration might greatly increase the activities of peroxidase and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase,which were closely related to disease resistance,and finlly result in soluble protein content decrease.Peroxidase and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase can be used as two important physiologic indexes while resistant varieties selected.
