摘要
本研究采用微卫星标记技术,检测了鲁西黄牛群体的遗传多样性现状。从联合国粮农组织(FAO)和国际动物遗传学会(ISAG)推荐的30对微卫星引物中,筛选出6对多态性丰富的微卫星位点,对112个个体的DNA多样性进行了检测,结果共检测到101个基因座,每个座位的等位基因数范围为4-6个。所有座位的平均等位基因数为4.67±0.82,平均有效等位基因数为2.54±0.64,平均杂合度(H)为0.59±0.09,平均期望杂合度为0.41±0.09,平均多态性信息含量(PIC)为0.53±0.09,符合评价遗传多样性的要求。检测结果发现,鲁西黄牛群体的遗传多样性较高。研究结果为鲁西黄牛的保种和合理开发利用提供了科学依据。
Genetic diversity of Luxi cattle was evaluated by the microsatellites markers.6 pairs of primers out of 30 microsatellite loci were tested which were recommended by the UN Food and Agriculture(FAO) and the International Animal Genetics(ISAG) in 112 individual microsatellites,a total of 101 alleles were detected.The number of alleles per locus was from 4 to 6,the average allele number,effective allele number,observed heterozygosity,expected heterozygosity and polymorphism information content for the population sampled were 4.67±0.82,2.54±0.64,0.59±0.09,0.41±0.09 and 0.53±0.09,respectively.All Parameters had almost reached the rich standard of genetic diversity.The results may provide a scientific basis for the study of characteristics of Luxi cattle breeds so as to preserve and utilize them.
