摘要
在检测校准工作中,没有不确定度的测量结果不具有使用价值。依据测量不确定度的定义和进行测量不确定度评定的具体方法,以我公司新开发的TH7i材料为例,对其中的一项重要指标磁滞常数依据标准SJ20999-2006进行了测试,按照测量不确定度评定的具体方法对该项技术指标进行了测量不确定度的评定。当包含因子k取2、置信概率为95.45%时,磁滞常数的扩展不确定度U=14.34×10-9/mT。
Test results without uncertainty have no use-value in measurement and calibration. The hysteresis constant of the TDG new material TH7i, was tested according to the SJ20999-2006. Based on the definition of measurement uncertainty and the method for the evaluation of measurement uncertainty, the measurement uncertainty of hysteresis constant of material TH7i was evaluated. When the coverage factor is 2 and the confidence level is 95.45%, the expanded uncertainty of the hysteresis constant is 14.34× 10^-9/mT.
