With the advancement of the management in the Jincheng Mining Group, it is the powerful measurement of increasing the employees' qualities and strengthening learning of theory, is the behavior criteria that cadres perforrm their official duties honestly, and is the catalyst of enterprises' advancement. Therefore, the management and employees, cadres, and enterprises are a dialectical unity and can promote each other.
