雌二醇对豚鼠离体胆囊平滑肌运动的影响

Action of Estradiol on Contractile Activity of Isolated Guinea Pigs Gallbladder Strips

目的：探讨雌二醇对豚鼠离体胆囊肌条收缩活动的影响。方法：将豚鼠胆囊制备成３ｍｍ×１０ｍｍ的平滑肌标本８条。用８个灌流肌槽同时记录肌条的自发收缩活动，以观察不同浓度雌二醇的影响。结果：雌二醇降低胆囊肌条的张力、减小收缩波平均振幅，并有一定的剂量效应关系，也减慢收缩频率。
