摘要
采用两因素四水平正交设计,研究在分枝期、现蕾期、初花期对新牧1号紫花苜蓿叶面喷施硼、钼对紫花苜蓿部分生理生化指标和草产量的影响。结果表明:适宜的硼钼配比可使紫花苜蓿超氧化物歧化酶活性、叶绿素和可溶性糖含量提高,丙二醛含量降低。硼提高紫花苜蓿超氧化物歧化酶活性的作用大于钼。单施钼肥,施钼量从0增加到0.225 kg/hm2时,总叶绿素含量随施钼量的增加而增大。单施硼肥时,施硼量从0增加到2.5 kg/hm2时,丙二醛含量随施硼量的增加而降低。与分枝期和初花期相比,现蕾期硼钼元素对紫花苜蓿增产的作用最大。紫花苜蓿喷施硼、钼后干草产量与可溶性糖、叶绿素含量呈显著正相关。
Boron(B)and molybdenum(Mo)were sprayed on alfalfa in branching period,budding period and initiation of flowing period to study the effects of B and Mo on physiological,biochemical characteristics and forage yield.The results showed that the proper proportion of B and Mo could increase SOD activity,contends of soluble sugar and chlorophyll,and decrease MDA content.The ability of B was larger than Mo on increasing SOD activity.The chlorophyll contend increased along with the Mo concentration in the range of 0 to 0.225 kg/ha.The MDA contend decreased along with the B concentration in the range of 0 to 2.5 kg/ha.Compared with branching period and initiation of flowing period,B and Mo could increase forage yield in budding period.There were a significant positive relationship between yields and the contents of soluble sugar,chlorophyll while B and Mo were applied.
