摘要
用不同浓度的MgSO4、NaCl和CaCl2对孜然种子进行处理,结果表明:盐胁迫对孜然种子的萌发有抑制作用;MgSO4胁迫下孜然种子萌发率、发芽指数、发芽率适宜浓度为0.1%~0.3%,而促进幼苗苗高、根长和鲜重增加的最适浓度为0.1%;NaCl胁迫下孜然种子萌发率、发芽指数、发芽率适宜浓度为0.1%~0.3%,而促进幼苗苗高,根长和鲜重增加的最适浓度为0.1%~0.3%;CaCl2胁迫下孜然种子萌发率、发芽指数、发芽率适宜浓度为0.1%~0.3%,而促进孜然幼苗苗高、根长和鲜重增加的最适浓度为0.1%。
The seeds of Cuminum cyminum were treated with MgSO4,NaCl and CaCl2 in different concentrations.The results indicated that salt stress had inhibition on seeds germination.Under the stress of MgSO4 and CaCl2,the concentration for germination was from 0.1% to 0.3%,and 0.1% was the most suitable concentration for seedling height,root length and root fresh weight.Under the stress of NaCl,the optimal NaCl concentration for germination was from 0.1% to 0.3%,and this concentration range was the most suitable concentration for seedling height,root length and root fresh weight.
