试论独立学院图书馆发展与建设的几个问题——以浙江省为例

On Several Issues of the Independent College Library Development and Construction——Taking Zhejiang Province as an example

在分析浙江省独立学院图书馆发展现状的基础上,阐述了独立学院图书馆在建设发展过程中,存在的规模扩大后的藏书和服务质量下降以及缺少发展自身特色的问题。提出了四方面的对策：（1）遵循规律,优化馆藏资源;（2）完善体制,加强馆员队伍的建设;（3）创新模式,健全读者服务体系;（4）准确定位,走特色发展之路。以期促进独立学院图书馆健康发展。

Based on analysis of the present status of the independent college library of Zhejiang province,We discuss decline of the quality of collection and service,and the lack of development of its own characteristics in the independent colleges library evolvement and construction process.And it proposes four countermeasures：1.Optimal selection of resources in the library collection according to the rule.2.To improve the system of organization,to strengthen the building of librarian team.3.Innovating model and improving the reader service system.4.Walking in the characteristic development path on the basis of the accurate positioning.The author hopes to promote the healthy development of independent college library.
