胸水细胞块在荧光原位杂交检测肺癌EGFR基因中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的将胸水制成细胞块应用于荧光原位杂交(FISH),为肺癌的EGFR基因检测建立无创标本收集平台。方法采用肺癌患者阳性胸水离心获取肿瘤细胞制作成石蜡细胞块,免疫组化分型后进行FISH检测,荧光显微镜观察EGFR基因扩增情况。结果胸水细胞块技术应用于FISH检测EGFR基因检测取得了良好的效果。结论胸水细胞块完全能够为肺癌患者提供准确的EGFR基因扩增情况的结果,指导肺癌患者的靶向治疗。 Objective To establish a technology platformfor the preparation of the pleural fluid Cell Blocks of lung cancer patients for FISH detection.Methods The the pleural fluid of lung cancer patients made into Cell Blocks passing centrifugal separation,FISH detected EGFR gene after distinguish diagnosticate applied Immuocytochemistry.Results The FISH detected EGFR gene effect were good for the pleural fluid Cell Blocks of lung cancer patients.Conclusion The pleural fluid Cell Blocks of lung cancer patients can apply for FISH veracious detected EGFR gene absolutely,instructed targeted therapy for lung cancer patients.
