异长春花碱联合奈达铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

Clinical observation of navelbine combined with nadaplatin in advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的观察异长春花碱(NVB)联合奈达铂(NDP)组成的化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效和安全性。方法 52例NSCLC患者采用NP方案:NVB25mg/m2,第1、8天静脉滴注,NDP80mg/m2,第2天静脉滴注,21天为1周期。结果全组52例中,完全缓解3例(5.77%),部分缓解17例(32.69%),稳定23例(44.23%),进展9例(17.31%),有效率38.46%,疾病控制率82.69%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制,经对症处理后可以缓解,无治疗相关死亡。结论异长春花碱联合奈达铂治疗晚期NSCLC癌疗效较好,毒副反应轻。

Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of navelbine combined with nedaplatin （NP） in treatment of advanced non-smal cell lung cancer （NSCLC）.Methods Fifty-two petients who were diagnosed with NSCLC had given NP method which is domestic navelbine 25 mg/m2,on the first and eighth day,and nedaplatin 80 mg/m2,on second day,every 21 days was a cycle.Results Among the fifty-two patients ,response rate was 38.46%,disease control rate was 82.69%,complete response rate was 5.77%（3/52）,partial response rate was 32.69%（17/52）,stable disease rate was 44.23%（23/52）,progressive disease rate was 17.31%（9/52）.Conclusion Navelbine plus nedaplatin is an effective way of treatment with less of side effects,it deserves spreading and applying.
