摘要 目的探讨电视纵隔镜对纵隔淋巴结肿大的诊断效果。方法 2008年1月至2009年12月20例行电视纵隔镜检查患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全部20例患者均获得病理诊断,无手术并发症。讨论电视纵隔镜对于纵隔淋巴结肿大的诊断以及肺癌术前病理分期具有很高的准确性。 Objective To investigate the effect of video-mediastinoscopy in the diagnosis of mediastinal lymphadenopathy.Methods Retrospective analyzing the 20 clinical dates which had been granted video-mediastinoscopy from Jan,2008 to Dec,2009.Result All cases obtained definite pathological diagnosis without complication.Conclusion Video-mediastinoscopy has positive effect on the diagnosis of mediastinal lymphadenectasis and preoperative staging of lung cancer
