洋葱伯克霍尔德菌感染临床资料与耐药性分析

Clinical data and drug resistance analysis of Burkholderia cepacia

目的对我院检出的26例洋葱伯克霍尔德菌(Burkholderia cepacia,BC)感染者进行临床分析,从而指导临床预防及用药。方法收集2004年10月至2008年12月间我院细菌室检出的26株BC感染患者的临床资料及细菌鉴定与药敏试验结果。结果 26例患者中有9人死亡,感染后临床表现无特异性,且对大多数药物耐药。结论应加强医院感染防控,尽可能减少侵入性操作,临床感染应及早进行病原学检查,治疗上应根据药敏结果选用抗菌药物。

Objective Do the clinical analysis to the 26 paradigms detected in our hospital in order to direct clinic prevention and medication. Methods Collect the clinical data ,identification of bacteria and drug sensitive test of the 26 patients who were affected by BC which were detected by the bacterial cabinet of our hospital from Oct.2004 to Dce.2008.Results 9 patients have died in the 26s,there were no specificities after affection,and appeared drug resistance to majority medicines.Conclusions must reinforce the hospital infections prevention,decrease invasiveness operations,and proceed a etiology as soon as possible.The therapeutics,the adoption of antibacterial,should be decided according to the results of drug sensitive test.
