淋巴结核139例的外科治疗

Surgical treatment of the scrofula in 139 cases

目的探讨淋巴结核的外科治疗经验。方法对湖南省结核病医院外科自2006年1月～2009年11月共行淋巴结核手术139例进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者创面均愈合,随访1年,在疗程结束后无复发。结论对于淋巴结核患者,治疗6个月不吸收,均可在有效抗结核治疗的基础上进行手术治疗。

Objective Discuss the experience of surgery treatment of scrofula. Methods Analysis the 139 cases of scrofula patients who had surgery combined with chemotherapy from January,2006 to November,2009.in Hunan Province Tuberculosis Disease Hospital, the operate methods include resect lymph、lymph amplify resection、lymph pus debride drainage.Results All patients was heal and the mean length of follow up was 1 year,all of the patients after surgey has no relapse.Conclusion The scrofula can receive operation on the base of anti-tuberculosis treatment,if the foucs could not absorb after 6 months
