阿奇霉素对AECOPD疗效分析

Evaluation of azithromycin efficacy in the treatment of AECOPD

目的评价阿奇霉素在AECOPD治疗中的疗效。方法 58位AECOPD患者随即分为两组,试验组(30例)给予阿奇霉素0.5静滴1次/d,和头孢他啶3.0静滴2次/d疗程7～10d,对照组(28例)头孢他啶3.0静滴2次/d疗程7～10d。结果治疗结束时试验组和对照组的临床有效率分别为90.00%和67.86%(P<0.05),细菌学清除率分别为87.50%和71.42%(P>0.05);试验组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为13.33%和7.14%(P>0.05)。结论试验组治疗AECOPD总有效率达90.00%,明显优于对照组,近期疗效好,使用方便,而且可以减少急性发作次数和严重程度。

Objective Evaluation of azithromycin efficacy in the treatment of AECOPD.Methods 58 cases with AECOPD were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 cases of test group were given intravenous Azithromycin 0.5 qd and ceftazidime 3.0 bid（7～10 d）,28 cases of control group were given intravenou ceftazidime 3.0 bid（7～10 d）.Results The total clinical efficacy rate was 90.00% in the trial group and 71.42% in the control group（P0.05）,bacterial eradication rate was 87.50% and 71.42%（P0.05）.The incidence of adverse drug reaction was 13.33% and 7.14%（P0.05）.Conculsion Test group therapy AECOPD total effective rate was 90.00%,significantly better than the control group,short-term effect is good,easy to use,but also can reduce the frequency and severity of acute exacerbation.
