Research and analysis on the demand of society for the applied talents of accounting major undergraduates

随着经济全球化的进一步加深,市场对会计人才的素质要求正在发生着深刻的变化,传统的会计教育受到了极大的冲击。会计本科教育如何确定办学定位,明确培养目标,培养适销对路的会计人才,是会计人才的根本出路。文章试图通过对会计专业社会需求的调查,分析出会计类应用型本科人才应具备的特质、优化培养过程、加强管理环节,以望能对会计应用型人才培养有一定借鉴作用。

With further deepening of economic globalization,the market demands for the qualities of accounting talents are also changing.The traditional education for accounting is facing a huge challenge.Therefore,adjusting the orientation of graduate accounting education,confirming the training aim and training accounting talents needed by the market is the only way out for the accounting talents.This article,through investigation and analysis on social demand for the accounting majors,tries to get the qualities that applied undergraduate education talents of this major should have.And this can only be achieved through optimization of training process and strengthening of management.This might also be of some reference value for the general training of applied talents of accounting major.
