摘要
报告24例颌骨缺损患者。采用植入相应形态天然型无机骨复合骨形成蛋白(NNB/BMP)修复11例,采用单纯天然型无机骨(NNB)修复13例。两组均有术后局部组织水肿,均无全身反应。21例Ⅰ期愈合,NNB组中3例Ⅱ期愈合。NNB/BMP组骨缺损修复早,启动快,成骨多,X线示12周颌骨缺损完全修复。NNB组术后0.5~1年形成骨性愈合,密度趋于一致。术后颌骨外形和功能良好,避免了自体骨移植缺点,并发症少。
Twenty four patients with jaw defects were reported in our paper Eleven patients were implanted with the natural nonorganic bone compound the bone morphogenetic protein (NNB/BMP),and thirteen patients were implanted with the natural nonorganic bone(NNB) After the implantation,two groups both had locally soft tissue edema,but none had immune reaction Twenty one patients were healing by first intention,three patients in the NNB group were healing by second intention The bone defects in the NNB/BMP group were reconstructed earlier and more new bones were regenerated than those in the NNB group X ray exam showed well osseointegration in 12 weeks postoperatively in the NNB/BMP group,but the NNB group got the similar effect in 0 5~1 year postoperatively The treatment of jaw defects with NNB/BNP and NNB has fewer complications After the implantation,the jaw’s shape and function were good All patients were followed up,they were satisfied with this treatment This method avoids the disadvantages of the treatment with autogenous bone graft So the NNB/BNP and the NNB are the ideal biomedical materials to treat the jaw defect
