厦门湾海域使用管理现状及其问题探讨

Research on the current management situation and problem of the sea area utilization in Xiamen Bay,China

本文根据"福建省908专项-海域使用现状调查"所获资料,对厦门湾的海域使用与管理现状进行分析。针对厦门湾海域使用的确权率以及海域使用与海洋功能区划符合性等存在的问题,提出厦门湾所辖各区域海洋主管部门应加强对海域使用管理的建议。

Based on the data collected from 908 Special Project of Fujian Province-Investigation of Sea Area Utilization Situation,the utilization and management situation of the sea area in Xiamen Bay,China,was analysised.In accordance with the confirmed rate of the right to use the sea area and the consistence between the use of sea areas and provincial marine functional zoning,some suggestion was proposed that sea utilization management should be strengthened by the sea superintendent branch of municipal government in Xiamen Bay.
