肝硬化并多器官功能衰竭62例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 62 cases cirrhosis and multiple organ failure

目的:对肝硬化并发多器官功能衰竭的特点加以分析,以探讨更好的防治措施。方法:收集我院2000年-2008年共收治肝硬化患者220例,分为两组,对其发生多器官功能衰竭的情况进行分析、探讨。结果:其中62例合并多器官功能衰竭(MOF),发生率28.2%,死亡率17.3%,随衰竭器官增多而增高,MOF累及器官主要有脑、消化道、肾脏等。上消化道出血、感染、过度利尿、放腹水是造成MOF的主要诱因。结论:加强对原发病的综合治疗,控制出血或感染,减少诱因,是防止MOF的基本措施。

Objective：For cirrhosis with multiple organ failure characteristic analysis to explore the better prevention measures.Methods：For 2000-2008 years in our hospital were treated 220 cases of liver cirrhosis patients,divided into two groups,multiple organ failure on its analysis of the circumstances discussed.Results： 62 cases with multiple organ failure（MOF）,the incidence of 28.2%,the mortality of 17.3%,while increased with the increase in organ failure,MOF organ involved mainly the brain,gastrointestinal tract and kidney.Upper gastrointestinal bleeding,infection,excessive diuresis,paracentesis is the primary cause of MOF caused.Conclusions： strengthen the comprehensive treatment of the primary disease,control of bleeding or infection,reduce the incentives for basic measures to prevent the MOF.
