心理护理及心理干预对54例服毒自杀患者的影响

目的:探讨对自杀患者进行心理护理及心理干预的方法与疗效。方法:对54例有自杀倾向或有过自杀行为的患者进行有针对性的心理护理及心理干预,并跟踪随访3年,发现出现自杀倾向利用电话进行心理干预。结果:54例患者全部康复出院,心理护理及心理干预对缓解自杀有一定疗效,而出院后的电话式心理干预等能预防复发。结论:心理护理及心理干预对自杀患者的重要性及护士在护理过程中应调整更新医学服务模式。

Objective：Purpose Investigate the methods and effects of the psychological care of patients on suicide and psychological intervention. Methods：Had 54 cases of suicidal behavior or suicidal patients targeted psychological care and psychological intervention, and follow up for 3 years, giving psychological interventionbytelephone when be found have suicidal tendencies. Results： All 54 patients recovered and were discharged, psychological care and psychological interventions have some effect on the relieve of suicide. While the psychological intervention by telephone after discharge can prevent relapse. Conclusions： Psychological care and psychological intervention on the importance of suicidal patients and nurses in the nursing process should be adjusted to update the medical services model.
