Modeling Method of Standard is a method that refers to systemizing good experiences and behaviors of collective and individual,meanwhile,summarizing a series of higher standards as the model,then through all kinds of channels and various effective methods to demonstrate,expand and study in order to enable the high standards to penetrate from one point into more aspects,finally improving the level of management.The article explores and elaborates how to form the effective ideological and political work procedures that can set standard,compare standard,act on standard and standardize in the fields of ideological and political work such as Party branch construction,team construction,staff construction and so on,through the application of ＂Modeling Method of Standard＂ in state-owned enterprises.
