高职工学结合人才培养模式新探

A New Study on Talent Training Model with Combination of Working and Learning in Vocational College

高职工学结合人才培养模式已经取得了一定的成果,但存在结合方式较为单一、结合资源较为有限、结合程度不够彻底等突出问题。高职院校应在现有基础上大力加强校际间的教学与校企战略合作,实现资源共享和优势互补,真正做到工作与学习的无缝对接。

In vocational college,the combination of working and learning has achieved certain results,but there still exist other outstanding problems,such as combination of relatively homogeneous manner,relatively limited resources,and the degree of integration is not enough.Vocational colleges should greatly strengthen the existing inter-school teaching and school-enterprise between the strategy of cooperation,and achieve the sharing of resources and complementary advantages.
