泉州中小企业区位选择特征及影响因素研究

Study on Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Industry Location of Medium and Small Enterprises in Quanzhou

企业区位研究历来是学者研究的热点,然而对中小企业区位选择的研究相对薄弱.文章以泉州市为例,通过对泉州市(晋江和惠安)100家中小企业的问卷调查与深入访谈,探讨其区位选择特征与影响因素.结果表明,泉州市中小企业主要分布于镇村级建成区或开发区并呈相对集聚态势;多数企业愿意迁往开发区但不愿意迁往大中城市与欠发达地区.运用西方工业区位理论分析发现,影响企业区位选择的因素有运输费用、土地成本、集聚经济、技术条件、本地化条件、政策文化等.

Location of business has always been a Scholar＇s hot issue,but on the location choice of small and medium enterprises are relatively weak.The study of the article,through Quanzhou（Jinjiang and Westlands） survey of 100 SMEs with in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey to explore the characteristics and factors of location choice.The results show that small enterprises in Quanzhou city are mainly located on the town built-up area or village-level development zones and the country was relatively gathering momentum;most enterprises are willing to move to zone,but not willing to move to large cities and less developed regions.Applying western analysis of industrial location theory found that affect location choice factors including transportation costs,land costs,agglomeration economies and technological conditions,the localization condition,policy and culture and so on.
