犍为县土地整理效益分析

Benefits Analysis of Land Consolidation in Qianwei Country

文章以四川省犍为县为例,采用对比分析方法,从社会、经济、生态三方面对该地区实施土地整理项目后的土地整理效益进行定性及定量分析,研究土地整理给农民带来的效益.结果表明,土地整理项目实施后,项目区耕地面积得到增加,土地利用结构得到优化,生态环境得到改善,农民的生活水平和生存环境得到了提高,说明土地整理大大地提高了项目区的综合效益,社会、生态、经济效益得到了良好的发展.

This article studies Qianwei County in Sichuan Province as a case,a land consolidation project was conducted and a comparative method was used to study on the efficiency of land consolidation from social,economic and ecological aspects and its benefit to farmers from land consolidation,quantitatively as well as qualitatively.The result indicated that the cultivated area has increased,the land use structure has been optimized,the ecological environment has been perfected and the farmers′ living standards and environment had been improved in the project zone after the land consolidation.As a result of the implement of the land consolidation project,the comprehensive benefit has been greatly improved.The social benefit,ecological benefit and economical benefit have well developed.
