两种快速细菌菌种鉴定方法的比较 被引量:7

摘要 采用Riboprinter全自动核糖体RNA指纹分析系统,进行了两株送测细菌的鉴定,同时与16S rDNA序列测定结合生理生化实验的方法进行比较。结果表明,两种方法均成功、快速地完成了送测菌株的鉴定,其分别为大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌。相比而言,Riboprinter系统更为简洁,可以在8h内完成未知菌株的鉴定,最大化避免了其他因素对实验的影响,且在鉴定到种的基础上可以进一步分类,进行溯源分析。 Identification of two unknown strains was carried out in this study with two rapid identification methods.One is 16S rDNA sequence together with physiological and chemical characterizations and the other one is Dupont Qualicon Riboprinter system.The two strains are successfully identified by both methods and they are Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,respectively.However,Riboprinter system,which can finish the identification in eight hours and reduce the influence from other factors in experiments,is easier and faster.Moreover,Riboprinter system can be used for further classification on the basis of species identification.
