基层医院产科管理与质量提高的探讨

Study of the obstetric management and quality improvement in primary hospital

目的探讨在基层医院现有条件下提高产科质量最有效的措施。方法分析影响基层医院产科质量的因素,制订管理措施,观察产科质量主要指标的变化。结果实施综合管理后产科主要质量指标有明显改进。新生儿重度窒息、产后出血率下降,差异显著(P<0.01)。三项主要妇幼保健指标均明显上升,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论根据我院产科特点制订的管理措施切实有效,有推广价值。

Objective To evaluate how to improve the obstetric quality by the most effective management measure,under the condition of primary hospital.Methods We analysised the factors that affect primary hospital obstetric quality,established management measure,and observed the key indicators of obstetric quality.Results The obstetric quality was obviously improved after general management measures.Severe neonatal asphyxia and postpartum hemorrhage rate decreased（P0.01） and there was significant difference（P0.01）.Three major maternal and child health indicators were significantly increased and there was significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion The management measure according to obstetric characteristics of hospital is efficiency and worth to be extended.
