三七总皂甙及抗坏血酸对大鼠视网膜光化学损伤的防护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价三七总皂甙及抗坏血酸防护视网膜光化学损伤的效果。方法:本实验于光照前24h及光照前立即给大鼠腹腔注射三七总皂甙(100mg/kg)及抗坏血酸(0.5g/kg),进行光损伤的防护研究。以视网膜光镜形态、外核层厚度及丙二醛含量检测作为评判分析指标。结果:光照后6d及14d,两用药组的光镜下视网膜形态改变及外核层厚度改变均较对照组轻,用药组视网膜丙二醛含量于光照后6h及6d相同时间点显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但两用药组间无统计学差别(P>0.05)。结论:三七总皂甙具有类似抗坏血酸作用,表现出良好的防护效果。 Objective: To evaluate the protective effects of panax ootoginsenoside and ascorbic acid on retinal photochemical damages. Methods: Panax ootoginsenoside (100 mg/kg) and ascorbic acid (0.5 g/kg) were injected into the peritoneal cavity of the rats 24 h and immediately before light exposure. The histopathological changes of the retina were observed, concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA) in it measured and thickness of the outer nucleus layer determined. Results: On the 6th and 14th day after light exposure, the damage of the retina and changes in the thickness of the outer nucleus layer were slighter in two protected groups than in the control. Meanwhile, the concentration of MDA was significantly lower in the two protected groups than in the control ( P <0.05) at the 6th h and on the 6th day after light exposure. However, no significant difference was found between the two protected groups ( P >0.05). Conclusion: Panax ootoginsenoside plays the similar role to ascorbic acid in protection of retinal photochemical damage. The mechanism might be to inhibit lipid peroxidation in the retina after photochemical damage.
