肾毒性血清肾炎对大鼠左心室心肌舒张性能的影响

Study of the effects of nephrotoxic serum nephritis on left ventricular myocardial relaxation in rats

目的：探讨肾毒性血清肾炎（ＮＳＮ）对大鼠左室心肌舒张性能的影响。方法：３０只ＳＤ大鼠随机分为Ａ、Ｂ和Ｃ组，每组１０只，，经静脉分别注射兔抗鼠肾毒血清、正常兔血清和生理盐水。注射后１４ｄ，做心导管检查。结果：Ａ组（ＮＳＮ组）左室－ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ和等容舒张期左室内压下降时间常数分别与Ｂ、Ｃ组比较，均无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

Objective: To elucidate whether there is any impact of nephrotoxic serum nephritis (NSN) on myocardial relaxation of the left ventricle in rats. Methods: 30 SD rats were equally randomized into Groups A, B and C and the rats of the groups received an intravenous injection of rabbit antirat nephrotoxic serum, normal rabbit serum and normal saline respectively. Cardiac catheterization was done for all the rats on the 14th day after injection. Results: There was no significant difference of the left ventricular indices among the 3 groups. Conclusion: NSN can not damage the relaxation of the myocardium of the left ventricle.
