由奇特的比喻创造的经验异常化是"火星派"诗人最大的特点。本文根据系统功能语言学理论,从语篇衔接角度来分析和研究"火星派"代表诗人克雷格·雷恩的诗歌《一个火星人寄一张明信片回家》(A Martian Sends a Postcard Home)的语篇衔接特征。文章主要探讨了隐喻在诗歌的语篇衔接和连贯方面所起的重要作用,从而帮助读者更好地理解诗歌文本的深层意义和美学价值。
The use of metaphors to produce effects of defamiliarization in unexpected ways is a major feature of the 'Martian' school of poets.This paper offers a systematic-functional linguistic analysis of Craig Raine's poem A Martian Sends a Postcard Home.The examination of how his use of metaphors contributes to the achievement of textual cohesion throws light on the implied meaning as well as the aesthetic value of the poem.
