高校英语专业教学团队建设实践探索

An Exploration into the Construction of English Teaching Teams

高校教学团队的建设,对学科建设、课程建设、教师专业发展以及人才培养质量的提高都有十分重要的作用。本文以湖南师范大学外国语学院"英语听说读写基础课国家级教学团队"建设的实践为例,探讨教学团队在教学理念创新、制度建设、教学研究、师资队伍建设等方面的具体做法,从实践层面考察高效教学团队建设的方法与措施,促进教学团队的建设。

The construction of teaching teams plays a very important role in disciplinary construction, curriculum construction, teachers＇ professional development and the enhancement of the learners＇ qualities. Based on the practice of National Teaching Team of English Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing Basic Courses in Foreign Studies College of Hunan Normal University, the paper discusses some practical measures taken in terms of the innovation of the teaching conceptions, regulation establishment, teaching research and faculty construction in hope of helping promote the construction of efficient teaching teams.
