摘要
在传统比例电磁铁结构基础上,设计出一种具有良好加工工艺性的新型比例电磁铁。利用有限元分析软件仿真得到静态轴向力特性曲线,并讨论了新型比例电磁铁主要结构参数对轴向力特性的影响。
By improving on the traditional structure of proportional solenoids,a new type of proportional solenoid which is superior to the traditional one and has good processing feature is designed.Simulation on static horizontal force-stroke curves is gained through finite element analysis software.The influence of the new proportional solenoid's main structural parameters on horizontal force-stroke characteristics is discussed.Test proves the ac-curacy of simulation results and realizability of improved structure.
