摘要
由于设计上的缺陷,造成某生产线中的钢卷小车提升负载能力小,严重制约了正常的生产上料,若要进行相关机械设备的技术改造所需要的时间长,费用也较高。该文提出了一种比较经济和简便的解决办法,设计了一种非常新颖的增压回路,并对增压元件的原理进行了理论分析,通过修改部分液压原理,从液压系统角度出发较为简便地解决了这个难题,取得了很好的效果。
Because of design problem, the coil car upgrade load of a production line is small, which severely limit the production loading.It needs long time and high cost if we modify the whole mechanic equipment.The article provides an easy and economic way to solve the problem.We design a pressure increase loop and make an academic analysis for the pressure increase principle.A good result is reached by modify some hydraulic loop and pipe and the problem is easily solved by the hydraulic modification.
