摘要
某热轧厂粗轧机R3机架上辊位HT-2513工作辊在正常上机使用过程中突然发生辊身断裂事故,断裂形态为扭转断裂,其材质为高铬复合铸造轧辊;对该辊进行使用情况调查、现场断口分析和取样检验分析,查明造成该辊断裂的原因主要是:其外层厚度没有达到国标规定的技术要求,加之该辊外层材料化学成份和金相组织存在若干质量问题,导致外层材料强韧性不足、从而发生断辊。
A high-chromium composite cast work-roll on the rough rolling machine R3 stand suddenly fractured in the proper use,whose fracture presents a twisting-tearing state. The investigation on its service condition,on-site fracture analysis,and sample testing analysis show that the cause is mainly the fact that the thickness of its outer layer does not reach the national standard,plus several quality problems in the material chemical composition and metallurgical structure in its outer layer,which reduced the strength.
