从中国传统大学办学理念的变迁来明确中国本科教育的办学理念、职能、人才培养目标、社会服务功能,再通过本科教育的办学理念来探讨目前独立学院构建办学理念的必要性,对独立学院未来发展的意义以及构建的途径。

The educational philosophy,function,target of personnel training,social service function of university education is specified from the study of traditional Chinese university educational philosophy. Through discussion of educational philosophy of university education,the necessity of independent college constructing its own educational philosophy is investigated. The significance of the new philosophy and the approaches of construction are also discussed.
