干细胞、肿瘤干细胞和肿瘤关系的探究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,恶性肿瘤的发病率已上升到疾病谱的第二位,成为严重威胁人类生命和健康的疾病。其主要特征是肿瘤细胞的恶性生长、转移及复发,病因和发病机制尚不清楚。最近研究认为,肿瘤中存在一小群具有自我更新和分化潜能的细胞即肿瘤干细胞,可能是肿瘤转移和复发的根源。正常干细胞和肿瘤干细胞均具有自我更新和多向分化的潜能,有相类似的标记物,一定条件下可以互相转化。间质干细胞(MSC)作为间质细胞的来源,与肿瘤的关系尤为密切。本文主要就干细胞尤其是间质干细胞,肿瘤干细胞和肿瘤的发生,发展作一综述。
