摘要
目的应用高效液相色谱法建立参麦注射液指纹图谱。方法 AgilentC18(250×4.6mm,5μm)柱;柱温25℃;波长210nm;进样量20μL;流速1mL·min-1;流动相为乙腈-水的梯度洗脱。结果确定了不同批次参麦注射液指纹图谱的共有模式及其相似度。结论本方法稳定可靠,重复性好,可用于参麦注射液的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the fingerprint of Shenmai Injection by HPLC.METHODS The column was Agilent C18（250×4.6mm,5μm）,the column temperature was 25℃,the detection wavelength was 210nm,the injection volume was 20μL,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water with gradient elution.RESULTS The common pattern and similarity of fingerprint of Shenmai Injection was established.CONCLUSION The method was stable reliable with good reproducibility,it can be used for quality control of Shenmai Injection.
