On Incentive Mechanism of Modern Circulation Enterprises

摘要 随着科学技术的迅猛发展,流通企业对现代科学技术和信息技术的应用越来越广泛,对人才的需求也越来越大。人力资本匮乏已成为制约流通业特别是中小流通企业发展的瓶颈。纵观流通企业现有的激励制度,仍然存在着很多不足,激励制度也比较单一,缺乏针对性;特别是对于那些已经具有更高需求的员工尚不能起到很好的激励作用。在以人为本的经济管理活动中,流通企业的管理者应从激励手段多样化入手来制定科学合理激励制度。要引导完善员工职业生涯规划;要因人制宜,实行差别激励;要注重领导者对激励制度的影响作用。从而更好地发挥员工的主观能动性,挖掘员工的潜能,提高人才使用效率,为企业的发展做更大的贡献。 With the rapid development of science and technology,the circulation enterprises apply modern science and technology and information technology more widely,need more qualified personnel.The shortage of human capital has become a bottleneck restricting the circulation enterprises,especially small and medium-sized circulation enterprises.There still exist some imperfections when com-prehensively reviewing the current incentive system of circulation enterprises,such as single incentive system without pertinence can not play its incentive role,especially for the staffs with higher demands.In the activity of human-centered economic management,the man-agers in circulation enterprises should make scientific and reasonable incentive system with multiple means,guide the staffs to make perfect career planning,take different incentive means based on individuality,and pay attention to the leaders' influence on the incentive system.Accordingly,we can play the staffs' subjective initiative better,tap their potential,increase their service efficiency,and make greater contributions to enterprise development.
