伴随我国高校的发展,高校的竞争也随之加剧。高校竞争的核心是教师,教师的心理健康是影响教师工作效率与创造性的重要因素。当前高校教师承受众多压力,并引发了许多的心理健康问题。在高校开展EAP服务,提高教师健康水平与工作效率,是提高大学竞争力的有效举措。

With the development of our colleges and universities,the competition among them is increasing gradually.The core of com-petition is the teacher,and the teachers＇ mental health is an important factors affecting their working efficiency and creativity.Now the teachers in colleges and universities bear much pressure and lead to a variety of problems on mental health.Therefore,it is an effective measure of improving competitiveness of colleges and universities to provide EAP service to improve the teachers＇ healthy standard and working efficiency.
