摘要
介绍了三维粒子图像测速仪的测试方法,对三维PIV测试技术的示踪粒子的定位方法进行了分析,并将其应用于离心泵叶轮内部流场的流速分析。通过实验得到了不同叶轮半径的叶轮内圆周与径向的速度分量和径向流面上速度矢量的变化以及二次流的分布情况,发现压力面的速度由低到高、吸力面的速度由高到低地变化,这种变化随着叶轮半径的增大,有较为稳定的趋势。实验结果表明三维PIV测试技术对离心泵内部流场流速的测量具有较好的效果。
The testing method of three-dimensional particle image velocimeter was introduced.The locating technique of tracer particles was researched and applied to analyze the internal flow rate of centrifugal impeller.Through the experiment,changes of radial velocity component,tangential velocity component,velocity vector of the radial flow and the distribution of secondary flow with different radius were obtained.The test results showed that with increasing the radius,velocity of the pressure side changed from low to high,while velocity of the suction side changed from high to low,and then trended to be steady.The test results verified that the three-dimensional PIV measuring technique had excellent effect as being used to measure inner flow rate of the centrifugal impeller.
