环境弹性系数法在环境压力预测中的应用

Application of Elasticity Coefficient of Environment in the Prediction of Environmental Stress

扩展了弹性系数的基本内涵并将其应用到环境压力预测中。以成渝经济区产业规划的环境压力预测为研究实例,通过分析成渝经济区长系列年的产业规模及污染物排放增长趋势,找出环境弹性系数变化规律,建立弹性系数模型,根据建立的模型预测成渝经济区产业规划带来的环境压力。

This paper extends the basic content of elasticity coefficient and applies it to the prediction of environmental stress,and builds the elasticity coefficient of environment.Taking Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone as an example,the authors study the prediction of environmental stress of its Industry Planning,build a model to predict environmental stress caused by industry planning of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone and find the variation laws of elasticity coefficient of environment by analyzing the industry scale and growth trends of pollutant emission of series year in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic zone.
