摘要 安全、高效实施钻探作业,是甲乙各方追求的目标,但工程事故仍时有出现。为了更好地发挥综合录井在工程中的监测、预报作用,将井涌预报划分为4个阶段——早期预报、临涌期预报、井涌上返期预报和井口预报,这样有利于找出重点,结合现场施工中的成功实例,分析总结了井涌各个阶段相关录井参数的异常变化特征及规律,为现场及时准确进行井涌预报提供了借鉴依据。录井技术人员通过对实时参数的监测,及时发现因井下异常而导致的综合录井相关参数变化,通过量化分析,第一时间预报,为工程人员现场决策并及时采取有效井控措施赢得宝贵时间,从而实现井控安全。 Carrying out drilling and exploration with safety and high efficiency is the aim pursuing by both the parties,however,the engineering accidents occur sometimes,in order to make the comprehensive mud logging play a better role in monitoring and predicting during drilling,the author divided the prediction of well kick into 4 stages of early prediction,critical well-kick prediction,well-kick up return prediction and wellhead prediction,which is advantageous to find out the key.The author analyzed the abnormal changing features and rules of the related mud logging parameters in each stage with the successful examples obtained from well site operations and provided the basic basis for references and guides for well site precious and in-time prediction of the well-kick.By monitoring the real time parameters,the mud logging technicians could discover in time the parameters changes related with comprehensive mud logging caused by downhole abnormality.By quantified analysis,the prediction could be given at the first time in order to race against time for well site decision-making and measures taking for engineering personnel and thus to realize the well control and ensure safety.
