With the rapid development of network technology,internet dramatically influences people's ideological concept and value orientation,as well as changing their lives and the world.Nowadays,internet becomes an important position for public opinion and a new field for international struggle.And it also becomes an important position for graduate students' moral education.Means of promoting network ideological and political education in graduate students' moral education were proposed on the analysis of its meaning,characteristics and necessity.
