摘要
研究开发了一套液体流量计在线检测装置,解决了流量计的在线检测问题.该装置以超声波流量计作为标准表,以TMS320F2812型DSP作为主控制处理芯片,以EPM240型CPLD作为逻辑控制和计数器件,实现了系统主体硬件构成.该系统具有很好的可靠性与测量实时性.
The on-line deteeting deviee of liquid flow meter developed in this paper solves the on-line test problems with many other liquid flow meters. The IUFS utilizes DSP （distal signal processing） chip TMS320F2812 as the key controller, CPLD （complicated programmed logic device） chip EPM240 as the logic controiler and counter for the main hardware constitution. Moreover, the IUFS working principle, structure design and error analysis are discussed in detail. For its sound reliability and excellent real time ability, the IUFS is worth popularizing widely in hydropower industry.
