Countermeasures Research of Low Carbon Innovation in Hunan Province

摘要 技术创新是实现低碳经济的关键手段,文章分析了湖南省在低碳技术创新方面取得的成效和存在的挑战,并在此基础上提出了低碳技术创新对策。 Technology innovation is the key measure of realizing low carbon economy. This paper analyzed the achivements and challenge of low carbon innovation in Hunan province, and some strategies for low carbon innovation were proposed.
