摘要
针对某高海拔地区炼油厂能量回收机组用6kV/12MW高压电机的起动需求,设计了用一台软起动装置起动二台电机的方案,利用自主开发的仿真软件对系统参数进行了仿真计算。在此基础上充分考虑了系统运行地海拔对高压晶闸管阀组绝缘和容量设计的特殊要求,对6kV/12MW高压晶闸管软起动装置进行了适应性设计,并对高压晶闸管阀组进行了绝缘和温升的验证试验。现场的成功运行验证了设计方案的准确性和可靠性。
According to the starting demand of high-voltage motor with 6 kV/12 MW which applied in a refinery for the energy recovery unit in high-altitude region, a soft-starter is designed for starting two motors, and the system parameters are calculated by the simulation software with the independent development. The special requirements of the elevation in system- running region are fully taken into account based on the insulation of high-voltage thyristor valves and capacitor design. The adaptive design of HV thyristor soft- starter is carried out, and then the test of insulation and temperature-rising is given for the HV thyristor valve. The successful operation verifies the accuracy and reliability of the design scheme.
