协作是供应链管理的一大主题。供应链协作管理的主要内容是如何设计合适的协作机制来促使供应链合作伙伴走向协作。协作后的供应链要比传统的供应链更具竞争性。介绍了供应链协作管理的产生背景和基本思想,以及近几年供应链协作管理的最新进展,并且提出了供应链协作管理进一步研究的方向。

Coordination is a main subject of supply Chain management. The main content of coordinated supply chain is how to design proper coordination mechanisms which incite supply chain partners to be coordinated. The coordinated supply chain is more competitive than the traditional supply chain. This paper first introdued the background and the fundamental thoughts of coordinated supply chain management, and then introduced the recent advances in the literatures of research on coordinated supply chain. At last, the possible direction of further research on coordinated supply chain management was proposed.
