民办本科教育的教学质量保证和监督

Control and supervision of the teaching quality of non-governmental education of four-year programs

民办本科教育是我国本科教育的重要组成部分。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020）》明确提出提高质量是教育改革发展的核心任务,为国民提供更丰富的优质教育。在分析了民办本科教育的运行机制和模式后,对合理定位民办教育的培养目标;整合教育资源,加强教学基本建设;树立育人为本,建立健全教学质量保证体系三个方面进行了探索,对提高民办本科教育的教学质量提出了一些看法。

The non-governmental education of four-year programs is one of the key parts of China＇ s higher education of four-year programs. The newly released official document Outline to National Middle-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan （from 2010 to 2020） points out clearly that the core task of education reform and development is to improve teaching quality while providing more excellent education. By analyzing the operation mechanism and modes of non-governmental education of four-year programs, this paper studies the accurate location of the training objectives of non-governmental education, the integration of education resources for strengthening the teaching infrastrneture, the establishment of the students-first idea for improving the teaching quality guarantee system. Besides, the paper shows its author＇ s viewpoints about the teaching quality of non-governmental education of fouryear programs.
